I have been using Amazon Prime for years. I have a new debit card and Amazon Prime suspended my acccount until I entered the new card details. I entered the new card detaila and clicked on Amazon Prime and it still said my account was suspended until I pay what was owing on the account. This is what came up, There is no way I owe this money and I think this is a scam. Is there any way to contact Amazon to verify this i

Have you paid for normal Amazon prime for the year? It’s usually around that much - covers deliveries and movies.
Although it annoys me that having paid the annual subscription you often have to pay extra for the film you want.

just had a look online and it says this

Amazon Prime membership fees are:

• £8.99 per month
• £95 per year

Maybe because of my card they could not take the payment but I would prefer to pay the monthly fee not all the year in one go and I thought that is what I was doing

Did you go onto Amazon itself or via the email to pay

You need to go to your amazon account and check the box for monthly, don't go through any links though, check the money hasn't already come out, your card probably expired on there
