I knew this would happen: I invested 5 hours of my life in this & at the end I didn't have a clue.
Please, someone, shed light!

How many more episodes are there in Damages?

um, not sure tbh. Its on Easter Monday, and they didn't say that it was finishing then...but there can't be THAT many surely, as the whole 'count down' thing to her being in prison is nearly done.

After which I shall be none the wiser & will sit there, staring at the telly, thinking "That's another XX amount of hours of my life I've wasted"

ahhh, thanks Threadworm

"Since the second covert operation is so very secret, the little psycho-terrier Russell was sent out to kill all involved (whilst pretending to be gooodie stepfather of dead aid worker."

I just watched the last episode last night and woke up this morning thinking "wait a minute, why did Begbie kill annoying Michael?"

I loved The Last Enemy, it was one of the best British-made dramas I've seen for ages.

I also love Damages. It's ace. Wasn't there some doubt over whether the series would even be finished properly due to possible axing stateside? Anyone know how that worked out?

Threadworm · 19/03/2008 13:10

Was the psycho-terrier actually called Russell, or have I just misremembered his name on account of his Jack Russell character?

skidoodle · 19/03/2008 13:12

No, I think he was called Russell, but that only became clear in the final episode I think.

Or at least, that's when it became clear to ME

I'm past caring...

The fact that you never saw the Prime Minister made me wonder if he/she were going to be revealed at the end as someone integral to the story. Or not. It's just as well I'm not a screenwriter. Balamory is about my level...
