Hi,
On 01.12.23 I entered into an 18 month contract with Sky for Broadband. As an incentive they were offering a 75 pound Amazon gift card. They had no problem setting up my direct debit and taking the monthly payments but they seem to have a big problem giving me the promised gift card. I have phoned them three times and on each occasion I have been told to wait and watch for an email. I was told that I would receive an email on 5th Jan from Edenred with the details of the Amazon card. Guess what? No email. I phoned Sky again this evening and the person I spoke to and his manager apparently didn't know anything about the offer and just said wait for an email.
