Need recommendations

I stumbled across "the other one " a gem of a programme and binged 2 series and need something similar. It had heart, wasn't too emotional and made me laugh
What can I watch next?
I want easy but ideally funny and short episodes. Bereft as I I thought there was a third series. It was ace

Also loved Friday night dinner. I'm late to a lot of tv having not watched a lot of tv over the last couple of years

I also loved The Other One - great sitcom.

On similar lines, I'd recommend 'Alma's Not Normal' and 'Mum'. Both of those are on BBC iplayer.

Haven't tried the Other One... But just started watching Fisk on netflix. It's pretty good.

@Windywuss please give it a go. It's just a joy from start to finish. I loved it
