I just binge watched all eight episodes. It's serial killer police procedural but funny It tries slightly too hard with the humour but it mostly works.

Agree. I almost gave up after the first episode because I thought it was trying too hard, but stuck with it, and it gets better and better. Highly recommended.

I particularly loved Sven who was always trying to offload all of his work onto someone else. "Who would I delegate that to?" "You do it yourself Sven". I have worked with a Sven or two in my time.

Been enjoying watching this with dh. Both of us howling with laughter. Love the way it takes every sexist trope of the serial muder drama genre and turns it around. Dh absolutely loves it!

Thanks for the recommend, just finished watching it. Wasn't sure as the first episode was so shouty, but stuck with it. So funny, Midsomer murders meets woke sweary Oz! How great to see so many middle aged unmade up women, real characters. Barking mad plot, but such fun. Loved it.

Saw this on here and watched it and forgot to come back but just loved this and a nice set up hopefully for S2.

Oh good. I'm glad you all enjoyed it. I always have a slight worry when I recommend something that others will dislike it and feel that I've wasted their time.

I nearly turned it off after the first episode as the detective was just so ridiculously over the top & immature I thought, I know she was meant to be an irritating character but they took it too far IMO Thankfully she did tone it down as the series progressed and it was much more enjoyable.

Really happy to hear this, we watched the first episode last night and really found the detective to be so irritatingly over the top. We will persevere now!
