Reacher on Amazon Prime - anyone had problems watching

We've just sat down to watch this, and it's not working properly. The picture keeps freezing, while the sound continues.

We've rebooted our router, rebooted our TV and it's not made any difference.

Has anyone else experienced this?

same thing happens to me.

Watched all 3 last night no problems. Is there a problem with prime if you're not the only one experiencing it

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Amazon Prime app on your tv, this worked for us a week or so ago when we had the same issues happening with Disney+.

We watched them all! It only froze once, and our internet is a bit shit.

In a word. No.

No. Watched all three without issue.

No. Thought the sound editing was poor though & struggled to understand them sometimes.

No problems here. Just a bit miffed the whole season not dropped in one go. We should have waited rather than getting stuck in last night. 😀

Yes same here. No solution yet. No issues with other series at prime

For me is a solid issue!
My internet is working fine, 1 Giga optical. testing my connection while I was watching Reacher.
Other shows on Prime Video worked fine, Jack Ryan and Top Gun no problem.
Update TV settings and Apps. I am using LG 4K TV WebOS updated.
Is annoying trying to watch Reacher like that.
I am going to switch the Prime Video App to ROKU.

We got round it by having it on a laptop, and connecting the laptop to the TV with an HDMI cable.

I switch my Prime Video App to a ROKU and I solved my problem, no more freeze video.

We had problems with the voices not matching the movement of the mouths of the actors. I didn’t realise that u can re set that on the app by matching the bouncing ball to the beeping. But not had it freezing.
