Nearly finished episode 3 and there are only 4! Really enjoying it! I’ve not read the book either.

Marking place as I have Sky+ HD and it hasn't appeared there yet, I get Paramount free with Sky Cinema but because it's on an old platform it's not well supported by Sky, sometime stuff takes a while to appear.

I finished it yesterday as series go it was really entertaining.

The book is brilliant. I've messaged the author about her books before and she's always super lovely so I'm so glad things are going so well for her. Can't wait to watch this

Can't believe people like this rubbish.Typical English drama - stagey acting and a complete lack of characters you can have empathy for.Compared to French mini series such as the brilliant Visions its pathetic.

User2856948 · 16/12/2023 18:09

Maybe this isn't the thread for you @deniseapplecart , I would probably start one on the TV series you enjoy. Myself, I'm looking forward to this if Sky ever get their act together.

NoEffingWay · 16/12/2023 18:14

Watched all of this today, and just put the book on my audible list-there seems to be a theme to the authors books so hoping there'll do more. Wasn't sold on Paramount Plus but them gems like these turn up.

Kept DH and I on our toes and guessing til the end!

@deniseapplecart could you share what you recommend then perhaps?! You know, to enlighten us philistines

That book was the worst book I have ever read.

Mindymomo · 24/12/2023 07:27

We have an old Sky plus box and it’s really hard getting Paramount plus programmes, even typing in the name in search doesn’t help. I tried to find this yesterday and gave up.

2023usernameNew · 28/12/2023 12:17

I binged it all this morning and enjoyed it.

at least they kept it down to 4 episodes and i felt enough kept happening on each episode to keep the interest going.

there’s so many shows out now which are at least 8 episodes and I get bored half way through.

seems like they left it open for a second series, I haven’t read the books so I don’t know if a sequel exists.

spoiler below

what I don’t understand is what information the lawyer could have that would clear/help Tom.

Showmethebagels · 28/12/2023 19:05

@2023usernameNew I’d also like to understand that! DD started bingeing this today so looking forward to having someone to discuss with!

She has recommended Visions!

janfebmarchapril · 29/12/2023 18:11

@User2856948 there isn't a sequel to the books but there are other books in the collections like serial killers daughter and sister which are different stories with different characters

Indifferentchickenwings · 01/01/2024 23:17
