Anyone watching this series? 6 episodes, each of a different crime, nominated by a detective as the main one of their career.
I've just finished the first episode. A wife is having an affair with a fireman. She breaks it off and the husband taunts the fireman that she's staying with him. The fireman lies in wait for the husband in his (the husband's) bedroom and murders him. The fireman is convicted.
The prosecution's case is that the wife set up the murder. She goes on trial 3 times and is eventually acquitted. Her son believes in her innocence. I think he's utterly deluded - totally understandably he does not want to lose both his parents I guess.
Anyone else seen this?
