The cooking was 50/50 I think Nick was much better at handling him. Fred was right on that one

he lost it with doing the trials and not listening to anyone and just pushing himself forward

I wonder what they'll do about Nigel, as presumably he won't be able to do cyclone?

I didn't like Josie and Danielle doing the "cry, cry, cry" thing.... it was so bitchy. But I don't think they're particularly targeting people......they were responding to Fred who had been a total condescending arse.

Fred absolutely correct in saying how important it was to think of the food not just as one meal but what else could be done with it. Josie was clueless.

God why didn't anyone tell Fred 'hey let someone else have a go at the trials, you've had your turn'

So they discussed the fall out with Nella, but not Fred?

If it was Emma and Rylan I'd be making sure I was home every day they were on!

I'm sure someone told her too that Fred had said he'd enjoyed her cooking and she seemed really surprised and chuffed?

I haven't seen it but I imagine it is hilarious. I don't dislike Fred at all, I wish he'd stayed. But I do think he's a proud man who would not want to be voted out.

I think Fred took the whole experience far too seriously. It's a few weeks of highly paid silliness why not relax and enjoy it?
