Brookside fans, Dean Sullivan (Jimmy Corkhill) has died :-(

At only 68.

So many memories of Jimmy Corkhill and his escapades. Especially at Christmas, in the early years. Loved him as a character.

RIP, Dean.

Dean Sullivan's funeral was today. Thoughts with his family and friends.

Many old castmates in attendance, which shows just how popular he remained.

I'm raising a toast to you, Deano...thanks for providing us viewers with all the laughs and tears as Jimmy Corkhill 🍷

Apparently, Diana was a Brookie fan!

She visited the set in secret and formed a friendship with Dean, who used to phone Kensington Palace and make her laugh.

Love that image.
