Me too am tempted to buy an air fryer!

I have one and I do use it a lot. Have only used my oven a couple of times since I got it. It's amazing how much handier it feels to not have to bend down to oven height to check your food

Are they easy to use? We do quite a lot with chicken, rice or pasta, some salmon too. Does the food stay moist?

Yeah it is fast! It makes really good bacon for some reason. Perfectly cooked in 6 minutes. @MadCatLady27 they're so easy to use, you just stick your food in the basin bit, set the time and temp and off you go.
