Surely they don't wash the chopping board that's had raw meat on it in the cold water with no washing up liquid
I think the washing up is probably not all as it seems. Either there is a separate place with hot water and soap to wash the boards and knives etc
Or
they have a stab at washing the chopping boards etc then put them in a box to keep them away from the tame rats the producers put into camp. Then the producers swap them for another clean set but we don't get to see that.
