Is this the worst film ever?

Pretty much

CwmYoy · 28/11/2023 17:34

Yup

RockStarship · 28/11/2023 17:35

It's just dreadful. I'm so disappointed.

CrossPurposes · 28/11/2023 17:50

No, because Murder on the Orient Express and Death on the Nile are worse!

IwantToRetire · 28/11/2023 17:51

I was so excited to find it on Disney, that I didn't bother with the series I had been watching, and settled down for what I thought would be at the very least entertaining.

I had quite enjoyed the previous KB Poirots. In a sort of sunday evening, lush and not too challenging storytelling.

Right from the start I thought this must be spoof.

And usually anything set in Venice gets me hooked.

Hell yeah! Pile of 💩

Ha! I thought it was just me! I’ve been a HUGE Poirot fan all my life was super excited to see this. But we walked out of the cinema half way thru. And we were not the first ones to leave either!!

Death on the Nile at least had the gorgeous (cgi) scenery.
This was just too dank.

RaraRachael · 03/12/2023 20:44

We watched this at the cinema. Everything was so bloody dark and gloomy I struggled to work out what was going on.

Purplecatshopaholic · 03/12/2023 20:46

I liked it, but it’s not as good as either of the other two.

Leafysuburb · 03/12/2023 20:48

I find after growing up with DS I can't see anyone else as poirot and I also find Kenneth "write the theme tune, sing the theme tune" branagh a bit too self-absorbed in comparison.

The spooky bits were really lame, the puppetry scene was probably the best of the film.
