I’m a bit disappointed in Nella, she didn’t handle the situation well. I think she will be embarrassed too because she clearly misunderstood the situation. The screaming is a bit much but I like her, I hope she can pull it back.

NF is the wanker I thought he’d be. Obviously, only cares about advancing his own needs, I hope fe gets no screen time!

JL needs to go home, it depressing me watching her.

Im enjoying it so far, hope it doesn’t get boring!

Although I missed the first 10 or so minutes of tonight's programme I'm guessing her and Fred had a ding dong, and she doesn’t want anything to do with him. So when she said what she did in the hut I thought it a bit rich, she has a very short memory.

I would find it hard to believe Fred would upset anyone on purpose.

I think by this stage JL has probably been away from her kids for a good week, I’m sure they have to be isolated away from phones/internet and they don’t know who the others are that are going in. I saw a photo on social media somewhere well over a week ago with all the celebs on there so I’d say it’s maybe been 10 days so far what with the travelling time too.
a long time to be without any contact from your kids. But yeah, in order to get a bit of cash behind me if I needed it… big girl pants need pulling up.

Nella is pathetic and her overdramatic hysterical reaction to Fred saying his eyes were crap because he was old, old enough to be her father, was attention seeking. My god we all teach our kids to stand up for themselves and not be treated like shit etc but I think she’s just decided to really
make some kind of point about this for airtime. It was quite embarrassing. She’s come across looking really juvenile. First out. Never thought I’d say that considering Farage also being in there 😱

Probably cause he repeated it. not sure if he said it twice or three times. You could see her getting upset behind him.
Also why does he do all the cooking, just cause he cooks on TV, give someone else a chance and go and empty the dunny for a change.
When do they get a leader and hand out jobs?

No they disagreed with each others view points. That’s ok. Acting like a toddler at 26!? I don’t blame Fred for trying not to laugh. She also changed the whole conversation. Wasn’t he on about his eyesight and age? According to her it was about some fat and he came at her aggressively.

I think the general public liked Nella, even with the painful screeching. However, I doubt she will come back from that juvenile display with Fred. It just didn't need that drama or total overreaction! I think yes, she will be first out.

I tuned in for the first time today.
Who is Nella? If somebody is so easily offended, why the hell did she go into a camp with anyone else because lets face it, the woman wants to be offended so will be offended. And whats with the screaming 'I'm a girl'. FFS. We are trying to raise daughters to be strong and equal and this one is screeching 'I'm just a girl'. She is all that is wrong with today's generation.
Jamie Lynn needs to go home before she has a nervous breakdown. For her mental health, they need to either let her facetime her kids or take her out.
The one from EastEnders seems lovely. And the MasterChef judge is lovely but she always comes across as down to earth and lovely so that is unsurprising.
I thought Farage's 25% was a clever ploy not to be chosen for any trials. Thought his plane crashing while shoving out a Brexit banner was karma.

Just catching up.

I hated Nella today. I hate that she's in there anyway, making her believe she's a celebrity when she isn't. But Fred did absolutely nothing wrong, I felt so bad for him. She was so rude! And she didn't even tell him at first she just blanked him until he asked her, that was so childish.

And her 'I'm just a girl' comments ugh get her out.

I feel worried for Jamie Lynn she seems genuinely so sad and not well at all. I was hoping she wouldn't get voted to do the trial but guessed she would with the other two being exempt.

so he repeated himself because yes he is 25 years older so old enough to be her dad.
then she said but my dad was older and he didn’t get it because her dads age is irrelevant, Fred is still old enough to be her dad, so he said it again.
She was rude, hardly let him get a word in, called him weird. Horrible behaviour

I don’t agree with Nella’s reaction at all but she was clearly triggered and still grieving. I don’t think she’s a bad person, she just made a mistake here. She wasn’t ride to him just direct and over reacted, but like my teenager when she’s misunderstood something I’ve said. Tbh, the show would be boring without her and the screaming so I hope she doesn’t go!

thing is I’ve used the same analogy due to
my own age, it’s just something that you do, however if I was being charitable I can see how it may have upset Nella especially if the grief from her Dad was still v raw. But Fred just said it without thinking, you could see the confusion on his face and she just kept on coming for him - and her reaction was totally over the top. And totally out of proportion

Nella is everything that is wrong with so many of her generation. Always playing the triggered and offended cards. Full of her own inflated ego thinking that she's a big celebrity. She's not even a legend in her own lunchtime, and when she reads the posts on her twitter feed she might just see what a fucking idiot she is. I really hope she goes first.

Haha no it was something like he was saying about his eyes not being very good, and I think she said didn’t he have laser surgery or had he had it or something (don’t remember exactly, I was unloading the dishwasher at the same time 😂) and he said no, it was just because he was old. She then said he wasn’t old and he said he was 51, think she said that’s not that old and he said it was old enough to be her dad. And then I think she said you’re not and he said yes he was old enough to be her dad.
someone feel free to correct me if I’ve got that all wrong!! And then I will stand over here and you can stand over there and we won’t talk to each other 😂

I was surprised when some of the other women seemed supportive of her. I don't know who she is and assumed she is a typical 'bully' type person who kicks off and gets support out of fear more than anything else. People tend to keep people like her 'on side' out of fear that they will be next on her hit list.

I just had a quick look at who she is and she's a youtuber and tv presenter? They are usually some way goodlooking and she isn't so presumably must be good at whatever she does? I can't see her juvenile behaviour doing her media career any good.

To be fair, though, they're all there for the money and/or the exposure, not like any of them have some stunning altruistic motive

I think w/ Nella she must somehow have genuinely never heard that expression before so took it massively wrong. It's a totally neutral thing to say "I am old enough to have fathered a child your age". Which is why Fred was nonplussed.

He had nothing to apologise for though did he? He didn't actually do anything wrong. He said he he was sorry he had offended her and that he wasn't aware he had and it was unintentional. What else is he supposed to apologise for?

She essentially made it up in her head and got purposefully offended by a comment that clearly didn't mean what she said it did. Then she gave him the silent treatment all night before being rude to him, calling him a weirdo and refusing to associate with him. She barely even let him apologise.

I think he was quite diplomatic. I'd have told her to do one.
