I caught up with the week (Binge Watch Thursday )

Linda getting the messages from Nancy , Lee, Sausage can't do Christmas
Are they all going to rock up ?
We know Nu Head Johnny Sausage is ....

Maybe Zak will get back with Nancy ?
And Whitney will discover that Lee is the Love of Her Life and run away with him.?

Those deadweights didn't even come back to see their mum when their dad went missing presumed dead. Christmas is nothing!

Lol at carol Branning being the one that got away ! Although Stacey is married to Eve ( but nothing has gone on there !)
Derek was horrible, so not surprised Stacey kept away from him.

Yes, she must have wrestled with a lot of issues before telling Sharon she wouldn't tell Phil. She knows first hand the issues of concealing paternity long-term and how disclosure can be very damaging.

On the subject of Zac & Nancy... was it ever reveled that it was Jennine who stole their deposit for the restaurant?

I assumed that Linda told Nancy or Zac that Janine was behind the big old restaurant scam last Christmas time after Mick disappeared
More worried about Pat the pony too ! I hope she has a happy life somewhere in a heated stable

Probably because there aren't that many men to choose from! Zak seems nice though and around her age. I don't think it is at all believable to put her with Jack though. I also thought of Ricky and particularly Amy who will miss Denise, she was a lot more involved and supportive of them than Jack ever was.

Wow, I don't remember April Branning being in it at all...must have been one of the rare times I stopped watching for a while. I do remember Suzy though (another one who fell for Phil's charms IIRC).

Kat had a 'thing' with Derek didn't she? <shudder>

As for Jack & Stacey, there aren't enough eye rolls for that. Pillocks, the pair of them.

I vaguely recall Suzy and April Branning though as @NoisyBrain says I didn’t watch at some point so any forgotten memories are due to that!

Agree with you re Jack and Stacey, none of them are covering themselves with glory over this and they’ve both got form. Jean nailed it!

All I can say re Ian/Phil/Max they must’ve got some kind of sexual allure that we can’t see. I could sort of see the attraction to Jack when he first started but he’s aged a lot now. He’s very much a “type” as a model…

Interesting but on Digital spy they’re calling it a lazy storyline… with Jack and Stacey and I agree.

And if Dee has ANY sense , straight into the arms of Ravi .

He is way fitter than Jack .

Priya is antagonising Dee too so that would be a spit in her eye . And drive Priya to Nish.............who can get killed by Suki in the Vic. .
Win Win if Nish is Cufflink Man .

Though I'm hoping we see a mud splattered wide-eyed Eve standing in the doorway of the Vic , Nish spluttering But you;re meant to be dead and Suki putting 2+2 together .....

Am I right in thinking that Mick's body was never found? Meaning he could be still alive? Am thinking amnesia, or he went off to start a new life. There are all sorts of mad Eastenders possible storylines that will enable him to return at some point in the future.
