i don’t really remember the ending but the show was a great thriller and was a real weekly wait to omg - so going to rewatch

A young woman poses as a new resident and returns to an affluent beachside town, the Hamptons, in order to seek revenge on the families that wronged her 20 years earlier.

An emotionally troubled young woman sets out to exact revenge against the people who wronged her father.

In the midst of her plan, she uncovers secrets, lies, and affairs, and finds herself in multiple dangerous situations that could tear the beachside town apart.

Loved this..thought Emily was the bomb!
Also loved her gay pal though can't remember his name now.
Can't really remember much about the ending only that it definitely went downhill.
May re watch when partner works away.

I’ve not seen this before and I am loving it. I think I have watched 3 episodes so far. Glad I didn’t see the spoiler. I can see it will probably get completely ridiculous in the future but it’s entertaining, requires little brain power and lovely houses etc

I've watched five episodes now on the app and it's satisfyingly engaging even though I'm not taking it seriously at all 😁

The more I read MN the more I realise how many people don't read the titles fully and don't read threads hardly at all, so you end up with a full on Cancel the Cheque scenario on page after page after page.

Nolan!!! That's his name isn't it?When i was pregnant Emily was on my list of names for a Girl, largely due to Revenge.
Instead I had a boy and named him after a Character in another TV Show I used to love (hangs head in shame)

It does seem unlikely that Lydia'd survive that. Even the nurse said she'd seen patients who didn't survive a 10' drop. But hey, if we started analysing everything for its credibility, we wouldn't get beyond the first episode of most dramas.

I'm up to date now. Wow you need to pay attention to all the twists and turns. I can't believe I missed this first time around.

Omg this is the best program ever!! Watched the original years ago, my boss would download load it to a DVD and we would pass it round the office 😂 binged it again this summer on Disney+ and will probably watch again next summer. Always wanted to visit the Hamptons and see move into the beach house, even considered getting an infinity tattoo 🙈 yes I'm that sad 😆

I got some interesting bits, although I’ve resisted a deep dive.

I was unclear about Nolan, but it tells me that Emily’s father bankrolled him, believing in his brilliance when he couldn’t get backers elsewhere. It also says Nolan’s worth $17.9billion 😳 and that he bought the beach house for Emily when Victoria was determined to outbid her. Although it also says Emily owns 49% of Nolan’s company, so you’d think she could buy her own beach house regardless. Let’s imagine she’s super wealthy, but a lot of her wealth’s tied up in shares.

We never see Nolan doing any actual work do we, only hacking for Emily 😁 Again, imagine he has endless employees actually making all the money for him.
