I cant remember the last time it was on on a Saturday night, anyone know what's happening?

It’s supposed to be returning towards the end of the year.
The BBC have said that they’re reducing the number of episodes per season so I suppose longer breaks are something we’ll have to get used to.

Yes but the longer break should be between each series rather than in the middle
