Apparently she is a customer experience manager in the NHS, so she should have had LOTS of training about LGBT issues. She really should know better.

I don't think what Zak said was that bad. Obviously a joke.

At one point he called Noky over then made a point (banter) about her coming when called, as if she were an obedient dog. He then physically grappled with her to make her sit on the sofa while telling her to 'sit'. All while laughing as it's just banter apparently, not him asserting domiance. It made me very uncomfortable.
