This has been recently added to Disney and I watched the first series, absolutely brilliant (apart from the young lass shagging the main character uck). I have since read the book which I also enjoyed, it made the unlikely pairing make more sense, although rarely I enjoyed the series more than the book. That might have been because I saw it before reading though.
Has anyone seen the next two series? Would you recommend reading the books first or watching? The TV series did diverge from the book a little but the main points were the same.
