I find him attractive. This routine is okay. The deep, meaningful pauses don't always work for me. He's playing the red carpet PR game, having to take her to the soap awards. Shirl's a bit feisty oi oi.

I think maybe they are giving tiered feedback, so they know he is excellent and wsnt to give him constructive feedback. There's no point giving technical feedback to domeone like Les, as he's a million miles away. I'm glad Shirley told he audience to shut up. They were really irritating last week.
