Right - we've got some Cadbury's Flake ice creams in, so we're ready for the show.

I've made sure there's a spare loo roll in the downstairs loo — you don't want to have to dash upstairs mid-Strictly!

And in these early shows you need a loo break!

I rarely watch live with the early shows as I tend to lose concentration.

I'll catch up tomorrow so I can gain valuable seconds by fast forwarding the running up the stairs and immediate rerun of the dance.

Very low grade snacks this week; a snowball in a tin leftover from last Christmas and... um, that's it.

Very excited about the show tonight, although it's another slightly overlong one. Will watch again tomorrow on catch up, ff through the filler and just watch the dances.
