I can't imagine that either of the new characters to do with Ravi will be in it that long, it feels like a plot device to me ( possibly to do with Christmas ? That's only a guess though !)

I’m finding the whole Jay/Mitchell family storyline so annoying as he literally carried them through Lola’s dying months and death and he’s getting zero support back.

Gina is now one one my favourite current characters. She’s really grown into her role.

I don't think Shirley has any money , but you never know , she may have found a rich guy , won a modest amount on the lottery or started her own business with Carly and now the next Jo Malone. Shirley's candles ' au de vodka'
She was a licensee for the Vic once, so maybe she wants to return and invest in something on the square, but it's probably a lot of money to do this and she left with nothing, only the dog!

The only other missing character the investor could be is Max. Which would really cause a spanner in the works.
