I always really like watching this program and find it quite uplifting. One thing that really annoys me, though, is when they lay everything neatly out in the warehouse but if something is to be donated, it's just thrown in a pile. So all the books tonight were put in need tidy piles in the warehouse but those they plan to donate were just thrown into a pile along with a load of Lego and little toys etc that would make it an absolute nightmare for someone to sort through again. I just don't understand why they do it that way.
