Its like she's stuck in that posh character she played Julia Childs and can't shake off the accent.

I loved her in HV and can't understand why her friends and family don't tell her to stop the daft posh voice, she makes herself look silly.

SL is an actor. The voice goes with the job. She is an excellent mimic.

I posted a clip upthread from an interview 10yrs ago, she sounds completely normal and natural.

If she's going to pretend to be posh she needs to stop pronouncing the g at the end of words as geh, actingeh, watchinggeh, etc.

It doesn't make sense does it. Doesn't she know there's loads of clips of her in interviews sounding perfectly normal and not like this weird Queen Mum persona?

I wonder if the cast all piss themselves laughing about it once she's vacated the area.

Bobby Brazier seems such a nice person. So like his mum to look at, even his laugh is just like Jade's.
