63 Up *** SPOILER - SAD NEWS ***

I’ve just read that Nick sadly passed away in July. I’ve followed this programme for years and have a fondness for all of those taking part but I feel particularly sad about this. He was such an adorable little chap in 7 Up and I always found him to be the most interesting of participants.

I pictured his face the moment I read this. What a lovely person he was, I feel so sad. I didn't know him but felt as if i did through all the programmes. I really appreciate all the time he gave to show us his life.

That was the the Yorkshire lad who grew up on a farm, became a scientist and moved to the USA, right? I remember him being ill last time round.

What a terrible shame, he seemed lovely. You feel like you know them all after watching for so many years. Thanks for the update Do you have a link to find out more?

I saw the first 3 series whilst at school in the 80s - can’t remember why they showed us this but I’m glad they did because it was so fascinating that I’ve stuck with the series ever since.
