The poor little boy living in the dirty house got to me, too.....no toilet, social worker said there was 2 and a half years of 'filth' on the floor from humans and animals. And yet the boy and his mum and dad appeared to love one another...where were the extended family when this household was getting filthier and filthier and what about the neighbours?

Oh yes, when he was showing the social worker his pictures of poo and flies and he gave her one to take with him. Poor little chap.

ahhh i watch this every week but last nites really got to me i was crying how do things get that bad? i just dont get it!!
