My sister had this exact problem with her 206.It went back to the garage numerous times,but as the fault was intermittent,the garage never actually witnessed it happening & tried to fob her off.Unfortunately for them,she is very mechanically minded & eventually got it sorted.Can't remember what they said was causing it though.
