Cindy hadn't conjured up any such lease! She was just bluffing and blagging it to see if Nish would bite the bait.

I missed what the business proposal was for Nish ? Are they wanting to open another restaurant?

I think Ian was angling for Nish to invest money in him buying and running a restaurant on his behalf. Sort of like silent partners.

He should try and get Walford East off Ravi. Probably more likely to succeed too!

Why would they need another restaurant in Walford though ?
I suppose Nish will say yes now though and Peter will have to face Suki at some stage as well

The food on the big tasting spoons just looked like a spoon full of mushy peas. I'm calling it, Eastenders is better without Ian in it. He just sucks the life out of every scene.

I heard today that the scientists can create an embryo without eggs or a sperm, which might cheer him up a bit ( although will be decades to become the norm I guess !)
