What do you think Maris would look like? Obviously she's stick thin and upper class, but what do you imagine she looked like?
I always thought she'd look like an even thinner version of Jackie Kennedy, and maybe a bit like Lady Mary Crawley from Downton. I think Michelle Dockerty would be great at playing Maris

The writers had a single shot of a woman who was clearly their image of Maris, she walked into Cafe Nervosa, I think at the point where Maris was trying to escape having killed her lover. Then of course it was just another customer. It was a nice tease where just for a second you thought we would finally see her. I'll see if anyone has a still of it.

Niles’ second wife.

I think Maris is tall and blonde but painfully thin so her head looks a bit outsized on her body. She has a pinched look on her face like she smelled something bad, and is striking rather than beautiful.

Then I believe her maid comes in, and that's who Frasier has asked to meet. She would indeed 'sear like an ahi tuna' after 3 minutes in sunlight.
