Mollys dad is a right showman everyone look at me type. Now we know where Molly gets it from!
I liked it that all the lads were genuinely happy to see their Mums and very loving towards them. That was nice to see.
If Lochan was serious about everything he said then surely he would just ask Whitney to be his girlfriend. He’s acting but I still think he’s a nice person. His parents seem really nice.
Producers trying to manipulate the voters again showing Molly and Zach with their romantic declarations to finish off the episode. They are definitely the chosen ones. I think Molly has been the chosen one from the start.

Aw I really like abi’s parents! They just seem so level headed and sensible. Supportive but also reasonable! Although I don’t think there’s anything there between Scott and Abi sadly.

Sammy’s dad has the same slightly inane grin as him 😆

Don’t think Zach is really into Molly especially after her dad said to him about the fact he could get any girl he wanted on the outside.Her and Abi are too full on and I think Scott is trying to force himself to have feelings that are more than a friendship

Me too. I'm sure I heard Scott say he was going to finish it just before the parents walked in. Awkward!

No wonder Tyriques so awful.

His mum talking about how it broke her heart to see Ella bring back Ouzy, but no comment on the multiple occasions he had Ella in tears.

That was a really boring episode.

however, my observations are:

lochan’s parents look lovely
Whit is exactly like her sis and mum
i can’t see them lasting a week on the outside
Mitch is his father’s double (with his mum’s nose)
molly comes from a family of attention seekers so I’ll stop blaming her
I couldn’t work out which one was Ella b’s mum at first
… then BAM! Wow 😳
Abi’s parents were really nice but she seems hard work
scott was lovely with his family
ella’s mum is feisty - love it
i really disliked Sammy’s mum for some reason
(although I liked her white dress)
I also liked Lochan’s mum’s red dress
mitch and Ella b are super fake
i like Zach but Molly is making me cringe left, right and centre.

and finally, my heart sinks at the thought of the talent show tomorrow. Gulp.

talent show predictions: football, basketball, singing (please god no, Molly 🫣), and god knows what else. I don’t know if I can watch.

I hope there's a vote tomorrow night. They need to get rid of two couples over the next few days

Ella B might dance since she's a champion dancer

It was funny to see Zach's best mate on Aftersun, another man of few words and minimal drama. You can imagine them sitting around saying nothing together. That's who he is, not a good fit for Molly in the real world, whatever the show may be pushing.

And you can really feel the manipulation now more than ever. Lots of work done to knock Whitney off her winner's pedestal and to make Ty and Ella the ones with the journey and fated romance blah blah. Or Zach and Molly as the happy couple blah blah. Makes me wanna vote for Mitch and Ella B just to make a point. Frustrating that we can't just vote for Jess to win it solo as she's the best one in there but I can't bring myself to endorse Sammy at all.

Are the parents banned from saying certain things? Just wondering why nothing was said to Jess about Sammy. Also all the visits are the same, bland conversations, miss you etc but no actual clues or questions to what's been shown

She didn't really though because she followed it up with something like, oh but that was from last week, a lots changed. The conversation didnt seem natural, there was no questioning or elaboration on literally 3 words. Jess crying later seemed strange as she had nothing to cry about.

I reckon the parents keep their mouths shut as they don’t want to risk their child’s chances of winning.

It is edited though so probably more was said.

I would have felt so self conscious in a tiny bikini around the parents and family who were fully dressed!

Let's hope this doesn't degenerate into a "is it normal to kiss on the lips" debate!
