Is it me or does Dermot mumble?

Absolutely love Dermot O'Leary, he seems like a lovely man and a great presenter. However when he's reading from a script or auto cue he seems to mumble and talk really fast in a very gabbled way. I've noticed it much more since he's been on This Morning. Just me?

he has an odd style of breathless presentation which I just can't warm to. I think he is probably lovely. But I can't listen to him. Zoe Ball is the same

Breathless is right, and just very garbled and fast. Can't really describe it properly other than unclear 😂

He doesn't annunciate properly I think.

He can mumble at me any time.

Haven't seen him on This Morning but I've heard him on the radio and he's really difficult to listen to. I think he seems lovely but doesn't speak clearly enough for a presenter.

He’s not great. He makes me realise Pip Schofield was very good. Also can’t stand that Craig bloke.

I haven't noticed him mumbling but he can't seem to sit still, he reminds me of a fidgety 5yr old and he keeps breaking out in little dances. Not sure if it's nerves of excess energy. He needs do calm down a bit imo.

I had to stop listening when he was on the radio, he would constantly have music going at the same time he was speaking and I couldn't hear a bloody word he said. He's a bit more bearable on the TV because there are subtitles for those of us who need them.
