Best ten mins of love island I’ve watched all season. Loved the music as the tension was building 😈.

Have to say I’ll be sorry if Montel and Leah go though. Have only just caught up on a couple of weeks worth of chat here tonight but I seem to be the only one who thinks they’re a nice, genuine couple. That said, yea Leah was snide to Scott and I agree they’re boring 🤣

hopefully Kady and Kirby (grip) - eh I mean Ouzy - will go instead. He’s a beautiful specimen of a man but god he’s boring.

Agree with this but Kady is worth keeping in for drama as she will stir. New girl may like Ouzy and the fir will fly

I’ve just read people think Leah and Montel got dumped, as we had Jess and Ouzy VTs about Catherine and Elom leaving, and none of them two.

Closing off chat - Zach was ‘argh what?!’ But rolled with it, unlike Lochan who was like ‘errrr maybe soon’ when Whitney misunderstood him the other day. I didn’t see any nastiness from Kady though, she just seemed like she was waving her I have gossip flag, but didn’t mean it in a horrid way.

Poor Mitch, I don’t think Molly comparing Abi getting to know Scott to him letting her get to Zach is as calming as she thinks! Deja vu sirens going off for him. Abi’s being a bit of a stirrer, she is enjoying the triangle attention. Mitch is being a hypocrite though telling Scott not to mention his name in their chats, does he remember trying to mug off zach with Molly and Kady and specifically mentioning things zach said (or didn’t say)

Kady’s using the high pitched “cute” AGAIN…

Woo to the dumping! Love you can actually see everyone being like “but…Scott and Amber” even them, clicking into place that there’s some popularity there - ha!

the music is getting worse and worse - the horrible insipid/slowed down/dramatised cover versions are nasty. I blame Grey's Anatomy for starting

Zara McDermott has just commented on insta that the new guy has been her best friend since she was 2 and that he’s the loveliest person. I hope he comes and steals Jess!
New Ella has obviously slept with Ty I think, that could be drama but she says Scott, Mitch or Ty are her type!

Don't really mind which of the 3 couples go next but I guess if Sammy and Jess stay there's a good chance that Sammy Swivel-head will stray yet again.

Abi may find herself in a bit of trouble if the new girl goes for Mitch and Scott.

Scott will be wondering why he's still in the villa and whether it's Amber or Abi keeping him there. Little does he know...

Molly is probably going to figure it out as she presumably had access to the earlier intel about the original couples. Ty might figure it out as he's a smart cookie I think. Mitch is also quite calculating so he may have an idea and decide to change his own game plan.

I can't see Amber connecting with the new guy or anyone else.

In the end, I actually felt a little sorry for Catherine. She isn't a bad person - just young and inexperienced.

You clearly didn’t see season 2 with Kady. She 100% did that cheers to create drama. This is Kady of old and I am here for it!! 😂

The episode was mainly a snore fest except for the last 8ish minutes. I did wonder how genuine the gobsmacked faces were, it all came across abit amateur dramatic/local theatre group. The right people are in the bottom, none of them have any chemistry and have had long enough to couple up/play the game

Just watched first look. New Ella ain’t all that and new Sammy, is, if possible, even greasier and slimier than old Sammy. (I know he is t called Sammy but I can’t remember his name and he’s all teeth and hair like Sammy)

Mollie didnt ask Kady to keep it a secret, but it was very clear from their chat that it wasn't common knowledge. Kady then told a couple of people, who were all shocked that M&Z hadnt mentioned it to any of them.
Then Kady toasted them publicly. She knew exactly what she was doing.

As it turned out, they hadn't mentioned it to anyone because they hadnt actually had the chat at all, and Zach knew nothing about being exclusive 😂

It was definitely on purpose but then Molly said it to warn Kady off. Kady knew full well the closed off chat had happened. I quite like that she did it and enjoyed watching Molly squirm!

Kady was clearly furiously affronted that her ‘rival’ for Zach’s affections seemed to be enjoying an even more wonderful relationship than she’d thought.

So in part she wanted to regain control of the situation by taking charge of how and when the news was announced. (She’ll be a MIL who has the baby on FB before it’s fully emerged from the womb.)

Partly I think she wanted confirmation via Zach’s face. (FWIW I’m not sure Zach was entirely denying the concept of exclusivity with Molly - he was just less keen on wearing the label publicly. It was horribly ingemtlemanly of him to be so disloyal to her when speaking to his mates.)

Anyway - now we know Kady has snaky tendencies.

Am I the only person hoping that Catherine and Scott get back together after Love Island is over? To me they were a great, easy couple. If you think back to when they first met, they were so natural (no whats your type??)The truth is Cat let Ty and the villa get into her head about Scott not liking her. And then she let the girls get into her head at Casa that she had a "better connection" with Elom. She was so played by love- bombing Elom, who was sniffing around for bombshells soon as he got into the villa 🤣.

C and S both live in Ireland,so I hope they will give it another chance!

@MackenCheese I actually couldn't give a stuff about Scott and Catherine getting back together. The lads were right the other week; there WAS no chemistry, and Catherine fucked him over. She is aggressive and snarky and rude, and even though Scott annoyed me being rude to Amber during the 'recoupling,' I have to say he can do better. Catherine is punching with Scott.

And also I hate the open/closed off chat. It makes me think of vaginas (sorry!). What did they used to say before this year? Is it different to being boyfriend and girlfriend? Is it like an in between stage?
