Catching up on last night and I'm baffled as to Ella's reaction - she's brought back a beautiful beautiful man and she's wittering on about Ty?! It all feels a bit disrespectful towards Ouzy to the honest, who will be snapped up the second he leaves the villa if Ella isn't careful.

Also loving Zach and Mitch going on about how handsome Ouzy is; 'he's a proper specimen to look at isn't he' 😆

Just watched the coming back from Casa Amor episode and have to have my little say.

90% of the time I am on the girls' "side" in Love Island - because young men can be so sexist, cocky, fuelled by testosterone and generally unreliable. I am a womens woman for sure.

But Catherine and Ella have absolutely plummeted in my estimation. Mainly because they are acting so THICK! Wtf did they expect to happen when they recoupled with other people? What the hell? Just a day before Catherine and Scott were all over each other and declaring their genuine feelings for each other. Stupid behaviour from Catherine - not the recoupling per se, but just expecting it all to be fine and dandy from Scott.

Same with Ella. She maybe be beautiful but she now appears to me to be "not much going on upstairs". I agree with pp who said this

I actually did agree with Ty's point re being 'closed off' though and I'm not sure what Ella expected to happen when she brought someone back but still seemed to think she could 'get to know' them both. She'd have been absolutely furious if the shoe was on the other foot!

I'm sure everyone did react to the surprise of Molly being there but grateful that we weren't forced to sit and watch every time. They made the most of Kady's reaction with that careful editing of the facial expressions (quite funny really) but we would all have been complaining if they showed us everyone.

I agree that I don't think them finding someone else they connect with more is the issue (it's the point of the show afterall), but they should have owned their decisions and not then attempted to backtrack or make excuses. To expect their partners who had both been clear how they felt to be open to waiting round for them to decide is a bit out there- I know it does happen on LI though.

I actually like Zach "I'm still the pengist in here" 😂 he just don't give a fuck never orange about new boys etc compare him with Ty and his childish behaviour!!
Jess needs better than sammy Scott's to dry for her though.

No point pretending I’m not fully invested now. Would never have guessed at the start that this would become the most entertaining season I’ve watched. The games and germ-sharing are still utterly vile and degrading - but the characters are fun. Just wish it could unfold more organically, without the visible producer narrative.

Exactly this. Ouzy is obviously divine, but also too mature and laid-back to be drawn into any drama. Ella will regret this- she and Ouzy could have walked into the sunset sharing debates over 'Salt and vinegar or salt and sauce?' (It's a Glasgow/ Edinburgh thing 😀) and been 40 minutes away from each other. Stupid, stupid girl.

I feel sorry for Ouzy. And if Ty is going to go back to Ella then just do it. Don't play silly buggers flirting with Kady. Clearly doesn't actually like her just doing it because she's convenient. But Ella doesn't have a leg to stand on, she bought Ouzy back which was her choice.

Katherine and Scott - stop gaslighting Scott and take responsibility woman ffs.

Also think Abi doesn't really like Mitch, just used him to get into the villa. Can't say why, just think it.

Looking forward to Ty seeing Ella on movie night and hearing all the stuff she said to Ouzy. She really is a bit dim.

Similarly I hope Jess finally gets the ick with Sammy after seeing him essentially lining girls up to kiss him for him to ‘make a decision’. He’s awful, treats women as accessories and is rude when called out about it.

I hope someone exactly Scott’s type comes in soon. I maintain that he and another could win if someone comes in with eyes for him and sweeps him off his feet.

Still love Whit. Her refusal to be drawn by Catherine when she was ranting and raving and making a fool of herself trying to defend her behaviour. ‘Uh uh, nope, we don’t do this’. Queen 🙌🏻 Lochan seems nice too. Better than Mehdi for sure.

I found it heartrending. Kady apparently made her name behaving like a crazed psychopath during a previous season - but Whitney is well aware that black women aren’t allowed to display any negative emotion in public, ever.

Whitney is great, think she may win it whoever she is with

My opinions for what it's worth:

Mitch & Abi - She did a 'Jessie' and knew Mitch was the best/safest option to get in the house. Seems nice enough, but I'm not convinced she's as in to him as he is her. He just seemed grateful someone was interested in him. He seems like a decent guy though and I think he means well.

Whitney & Lochan - I like them together. I initially thought she brought 'mean girl' vibes to the villa, but she seems to have blossomed.

Leah & Montel - I like Leah, she's beautiful and not here for the drama. Sadly I think she's being played by him after his Casa experience and will get hurt. He clearly can't take any responsibility for his actions and Movie Night will be his downfall.

Molly & Zach - I know Molly is like marmite, but I think she's great. She's been nothing but open and honest to everyone, and never been involved in bitching or drama unlike some of the other girls. If she had said her career was a nurse, the publics opinion of her would be so different. It's purely due tot he fact she said she was an actress that everyone is hating on her. In my eyes she's not put a foot wrong. Aside from Zach's gangsta chat, he seems like a nice guy - and I genuinely hope those two have a real connection and it works on the outside.

Kady - Don't think she's brought the fire that the producers were hoping she would. Sh'es much more mature than everyone else, and needs someone to come in that's suited to her.

Jess - I know everyone seems to love her, and yes, she did hold herself well after Casa recoupling, but people seem to forget her low level bitchiness towards other girls. She also needs to forget about Sammy and find someone else as he's playing her.

Catherine - Can't warm to her. She treated Scott terribly, and tried to turn it round on him. She doesn't deserve Scott at all, and she's always in the middle of bitching/drama.

Elom - Just meh about him. Haven't seen him enough to have an opinion, but please stop showing him kissing Catherine, it's awful!

Scott - Decent guy, but perhaps a little too boring for LI viewers. Needs someone new to come in for him.

Sammy - Has player vibes, and has well and truly sucked Jess in. Hope she finds someone better for her.

Amber - Probably too young to come in to this show. Seems sweet, but likely to get hurt in the process.

Ty - This seasons bad boy, but couldn't help feeling for him after Casa. Think he genuinly liked Ella (for some strange reason). Really hope he doesn't go back to her, and finds someone else.

Ella - Has been central to the girls bitching/drama. Was always moaning/nagging at Ty (yes some of it was deserved) but always seemed constant. Don't think he could have won no matter what he did. Appalled at her behaviour coming back to the villa though. She's treated Ouzy awfully and used him, just to play it safe. She also has zero rights to have a go at Ty for talking to Kady after what she did. She needs to let Ty go, and either make a go of it with Ouzy or move on from both of them.

Ouzy - Seems great. Sadly he's chosen Ella. He would be better suited to Kady IMO and deserves a girl who's not going to use him to get at someone else.

I think Ouzy is fairly content to chill out and raise his profile without getting too sucked into the Ella drama.

Whitney was excellent in how she spoke to Catherine, it really shut it down.

I too am well aboard the love for Whitney train. She's definitely my favourite girl and I'll probably vote for her regardless of who she's with, although I like what I'm seeing so far with Lochan.

I just don't understand Ella?! She's brought Ouzy back and looks like she's sacking him off straight away?! Foolish.

Absolutely agree. I'd be voting for Whitney to win even if she was single at this point. 'We don't do this' was absolutely brilliant.

Catherine is behaving terribly I am genuinely baffled that she can't see that Scott would be hurt by her bringing someone else back.

I predict that in 2 years time when Ella and Ty have been on and off 50 million times and their toxic relationship has finally ended after various dramas and affairs she will look back at this series and Ouzy will be her 'one that got away.'

Whitney and Zach have always been my favourite girl and boy. I really wanted them to get together . But I like Lochan too - he seems like a different species (as in mature and interesting) compared to some of the boys in Casa!

I think Scott and, dare I say it, Ouzy are used to trading on their looks. They may be perfectly nice but they barely speak! I think they might be a teeny bit boring in real life.

I've found most of the contestants this year nice to look at but so boring to watch.
Don't see any real connections. And he sound of Catherine and Eloms kissing reminds me of the time my dishwasher got stuck in drain mode.
