Thought I’d start a new thread as we’ve run out of space on the old one!

The narrowing eyes on Kady brings back memories. Not feeling her and Zach. I felt really sorry for Scott in tonight’s episode. When the boys were all together talking about Sammy’s date he wasn’t a part of the conversation and then at some point we saw him sat on his own. I think Ty is a shit-stirrer and just wants to cause drama; possibly cos he feels he’s has to lay off winding up Ella as they’re “closed off”.

Ty will cheat, wonder what this whole Scott storyline is, Sammy will cheat too, I think it might be the most interesting one yet

Previous two seasons I was complaining about the horrific racial segregation the producers imposed.

So, very pleasantly surprised with this season. But now I’m wondering about the reason Tyrique doesn’t believe in Catherine and Scott. I’m not sure we’ve heard any incredulity on his part about Leah and Montel, though - so it’s hard to tell.

I don’t think that Leah really likes Montel in a romantic way

Sammy has called Jess unattractive a number of times, but Tys got nothing to say about him going straight back to her once Mal left, but has something to say about Scott saying ‘Me and Catherine are great’.

Not enough for Tyrique that he’s made Ella cry non stop for weeks, it seems he needs to make Catherine cry too.

He hates that Scott doesn’t bow down to him like the other little minions in there.

Casa Amor should be more interesting than usual this season. At least one and in some cases both of each of the current couples is likely to look elsewhere.

I don't even see the 'genuine connection' between Zach and Whitney. A case of anyone rather than no one I reckon.

I have to say that I don’t see a genuine connection between Zac and Whitney either.
I think Whitney likes Zac but he’s just enjoying the attention.

She seems very dated somehow

I know. Sexual attraction/tension is there, but it is NOT the same as a genuine connection 🙄

Totally agree with the dated thing re Kady. To me she looks like a 1970s version of a pretty young woman. Reminds me a lot of Debbie McGee with her doll-like prettiness.
Also Lorraine Chase - remember her in those Campari adverts?

I agree, Tyrique's the nastiest in there from day one, very sly and it's not like he's got much going for him, very plain looking, constantly hunched over with his head way out in front of his body and doesn't speak clearly.

Plus the way he's treating Ella is disgusting.

Both Scott and Catherine are effectively
’using’ each other.
Catherine admitted to Andre that she usually dates black men, so Scott is not her type, but she is being polite and respectful and trying to build a connection to stay in the villa which is the name of the game.
Scott is doing the same
Catherine hasn’t declared her love for Scott or anything so why aren’t people questioning whether Catherine likes Scott. Tbh, I think he likes Catherine more than she likes him.

Tyrique’s actions probably means that neither Catherine nor Scott will want to explore other options in the villa for fear of proving people right

Oh dear! It’s true Tyrique has shown dreadful character traits, and his hunched posture is a shame - but my goodness, he’s pretty! Eye of the beholder an’ all, but I’m sorry for anyone who can’t see it.

I don’t understand why Ella didn’t walk away weeks ago - but we’re surely all more likely to give someone extra chances if we find them ridiculously attractive.

Caught up on the last couple of nights.

Whitney and Zach definitely have some chemistry in a way he and Kady do not.

Last nights episode was good - a bit of gossiping, a bit of drama, and a sneak peak of everything kicking off tonight. Don't know what Ty is on about - Catherine and Scott haven't been given any airtime but is that because they're happy and content, and therefore not particularly interesting viewing? Either way it will be very interesting to see how Ella and the rest of the islanders react to Tys comments.

And Casa can't come quick enough...

Agree with others saying Tyrique is nasty and sly. But he say’s everything with a smile on his face so the other islanders haven’t spotted it.

Kady is cold and i thought the same about her in Season 2. She was really hard work when she was coupled up with Scott Thomas as she expected complete adoration from him but wasn’t prepared to give him the same in return. She was also insanely jealous IIRC. It seems pointless her being in there as she clearly doesn’t want to get involved.

I’m also not sure about Whitney & Zach. I thought their chat was only marginally better than Zach & Kady’s and there were moments that still seemed a bit forced and awkward.

Agree that Cat and Scott haven't been given the same air time and maybe it's cos they're getting on happily, so no drama to show. They've also got chilled personalities.

Ty is a bully. And sly. He'll be the one encouraging all the other lads to explore if they could be "happier" in Casa 🙄
He's started working on Scott by making everyone question his true feelings and satisfaction for his partner, he's got plans for Montel too I'm sure. The other guys are guaranteed to stray so he doesn't need to do much pushing there 😂

I don't disagree that they are all trying to stay in the villa regardless, but it is possible to establish a connection with someone who is not your usual type be it race, height, stature, hair colour etc

So I wouldn't say that Scott and Cat could not genuinely like each other because they've previously only/mostly dated within their race.
