Thought I’d start a new thread as we’ve run out of space on the old one!

I'm not a fan of Molly, or should I say the part she is playing? Isn't one of her relatives high up in ITV and that's how she got in? She's been fake throughout, not shocked at the dumping and was a proper actress in aftersun.

I'm not a fan of Ella, Aldi or Catherine and Scott

I have to say, as a 49 year old that's hated love island, then loved it (the Molly mae series ) then hated it, I'm back on it again!

Wonder if Mitch will try it on with Molly again

She’s been pictured with Molly Mae before and has been to the villa a few times before this series to do social media posts for LI. A lot of people saying that she is a ‘insider’. I read online that she’s already got a six figure deal lined up

It depends. Usually they allow them remain as singles to stir ish up. They could then get the chance to date a newcomer or get back with the former.

This is interesting. I didn't watch her season so she's totally new to me. I only started love island during covid, and couldn't bring myself to watch the seasons with Mike or Sophie knowing what happened to them. Just couldn't in retrospect. So I don't know her personally but she's definitely.... More assertive than she initially came across.

I think Zac is being "fly bro". He told Kady he never said the conversation with Kady was dry. He denied any interest or connection with Whitney - when that's totally not the case. Wasn't she saying to him - you like a baddie, and she referenced liking chocolate in their first conversation if I recall. He was totally eating it alllll up flirty wirty.

Can't believe Mollie is back.. Predictable.

I knew Molly would be back! I think it will liven it up. I think quite a few of them will recouple after Casa Amor.

Molly coming back at this point seems mis-timed to me. She will only have the pick of the same 6 boys she's already 'rejected' (apart from Zach). Only Montel is someone she hasn't had much time with? On After Sun she sort of dissed Mitch IIRC and if she's said she's not going back to Z... then who? And other than Mitch, which boy would think she was 'worth' going after?

A few cringey, mock outraged chats with Zach, a few genuine tears from her and an unconvincing 'aw shucks' routine from Zach and surprise, surprise they're back together. 🙄

Also - even though I appreciate that it's just a silly reality tv show - Molly will have an unfair advantage over the other remaining islanders if, as suggested, she has had time to view social media, news items, feedback from family and friends etc etc on how they're all coming across/liked/not liked.

I agree. What's the point ? Molly knows them all already - she and Zac will kiss and make up - at least in an attempt to win. None of the other boys will feel as free to do as they like (which is half the fun for the viewer) - Zac will obv pick Molly to recouple with - so Kady was a waste of time really - just viewer manipulation.

Also feel M is getting special treatment because she's an ITV insider ... actually feel quite irritated by it (which is ridiculous)

Bringing Molly back is like leaving one of the of female islanders behind with the boys during Casa. It will affect their behaviour. Mitch will be desperate for her lol. I can’t see who she’ll be interested in as she knows them already except Montel. She’ll probably end up back with Zach despite what she has state.

We can only hope it’s entertaining that she comes in and argues with Zach for moving in so quickly.

Hopefully none of the boys pick her, and she’ll be dumped again.

I feel for Mitch actually, that crazy man is growing on me. Hopefully he’ll focus on the other girls and not on Molly.

It’s going to be like that scene in Grease when Danny sees Sandy and goes all high pitched “Sandy” but it will be Zac with his deep “Owwwhhh Moollleeeee” 😂

Molly will get chosen by Mitch or Zac so will definitely be back in full time. I hope she does bring a bit of entertainment and can dish the dirt on the lads' antics to the others when they all reunite.

At the hairdressers getting my colour done, so spending waaaay too much time thinking about this... but I guess looking at it from a different point of view... this will certainly be a mind-fuck for the boys. They will not thought about the fact that islanders can return so it will be a big surprise. They won't know if they can trust Molly (and what she now knows) and I think some of them (Tyrone?) won't like the twist.

It may seem like Molly has the upper hand but she does still need to be picked. If she recouples with Zach then it's basically no drama IMO. It sort of depends what 'role' she decides to play. Go in all guns blazing/pseudo bombshell-style or wronged woman l/I may forgive you-style?

If, for whatever reason, Zach is out of the picture with Molly, then I can see Mitch saving Molly because of the misplaced loyalty that the OGs always seem to have to each other. So again - no real drama.

Kady, on the other hand, may not recouple -purely for the tv drama when they reunite the islanders - particularly if she's genuinely only in the villa for 'exposure'. She knows Zach will definitely play away even if he doesn't recouple.

Whitney - quite rightly - should erase Zach from her mind and crack on! 😄

Molly will get voted out the moment they give the public the opportunity. But I'm sure they'll manoeuvre it so she gets to stay, even though nobody wants her there but the producers.
