Citadel - Amazon Prime. Maybe spoilers

I couldn't see a thread. Has anyone tried this? I'm on episode 3 and it's not great. The longer it goes on, the more I dislike it.

The upside down camerawork in every episode is rubbish. There's zero chemistry between the 2 leads. The time jumps are crap because they've not bothered to age the actors, they look exactly the same.

I'm not sure I can be bothered to finish it. I just dont care about any of the characters. Is anyone watching?

I've seen the first three that are up so far and I really like it! I do think Richard Madden's American accent is a bit dodgy though 😆 I missed the bit when he lost his vial and thought it was strange they didn't show her injecting hers?

Isn't it Priyanka Chopra? Not surprised it's rubbish..

@rebbles1 yeh, I'm not sure she did inject? I think it's got the elements of a good espionage but the execution is poor.

I keep expecting Stanley Tucci to start talking about pasta 😅 he's just playing himself isn't he?

DH is watching it and I am watching through my fingers. What garbage! Its like a show made by ChatGPT.

It's disappointing. Amazon spent so much on it! Up to ep5. Watching mostly for Richard Madden to be honest. I agree his accent is dodgy though.

I've finished this. I liked the twists and turns but the jumping back and forth in time was getting annoying. Ending was OK.

How many episodes is it @TheKobayashiMaru ? Thankfully dh hasn't suggested watching it again! Your summary of the ending was ok made me laugh! :)

It's only 6 episodes... I liked the way everyone linked together thru the flashbacks

It is 6 episodes. What I mean by OK is that it went back and forth but then, once I saw a scene between two characters, it gave me the answer to the whole series 😁

I agree about the chemistry, it was severely lacking.

I think the main leads are good, story line good. I like the slightly surreal yellow/green effect of the filming.
