Has anyone been watching the latest series? I rarely see such interesting and complex women depicted in the media. I love how they're mums but don't fit into any stereotype of a mum and have a whole complicated, ever-changing life going on as well with enduring relationships and friendships. I am halfway through the latest series and thought that Anne finding out that her teenage daughter Alice is sexually active and trying to navigate that as a parent was really well done.
