Is anyone planning on watching this? The trailer looks quite funny. I have always enjoyed the Windsors so have this set to record!

I expect it'll be great, hope they managed to get all the same actors back.

I definitely prefer the actors to the real royals, much more fun.

I love the series characters of Camilla, William (the way they talk and pronounce Pippa as 'Puppa'! was that him or Harry?), and definitely love Beatrice, Eugenie, and Fergie.

I don't see why (in previous seasons for obvious reasons) they couldn't have put the Queen (Elizabeth) in it, and Prince Philip, I think that was overly respectful. After all, Spitting Image had all of them, the Queen, Prince Philip, Diana and the Queen Mother (who had a wonderful Brummie accent for some reason!).

Do you think its because they were so old so fairly likely they might die soon? Just thinking had they died while the series was on then they'd have had to either take those scenes out or risk looking a bit disrespectful?

After all, the same sort of thing would have applied to the Queen Mother at the time the original Spitting Image was being made.

Good point re the Queen Mum. Perhaps its that times have changed and people take offence at things more now in that case then. Does seem a bit odd doesn't it.

Also the way Beatrice and Eugenie kept referring to their father as "honourable" 😂
