Anyone else watching?
I’m finding it odd that there are some interior designers and some people who aren’t. Surely that’s unfair.

(I couldn’t find a thread, let me know if there is one)

I've watched the first episode and the one I thought was the nicest is the one sent home, shows how much taste I have lol. Are there more episodes? I can't find any. Does seem an odd combination of people

I just watched all 3 episodes available. I love interior design shows but I did find the premise a bit uncomfortable. I agreed it’s odd that some contestants describe themselves as interior designers already, not sure how fair that is. But then they are asking the designers to do up the place as if it is their own? Totally not what you do when being an interior designer. By far the worst part for me is describing the contestants as whether or not they are existing renters…. It’s all a bit hunger games and a bit distasteful to get contestants to imagine it’s their place (it might be I guess) only to snatch it away from them. Great prize I grant you, but it’s a bit cruel. I thought it would be a bit ‘Interior design masters’ in execution rather than this.

I think all of those who didn't have any proper storage in the bedroom should've been sent home.

I think the problem with the program is that we don't know the layout of the flats. We don't know how many bedrooms there are or whether there's a dining room.

Watched every episode of The Big Interiors Battle; and I'm sorry but that was a fix from start to finish. It has left me very angry and very sorry for some genuinely nice contestants.

@Oddsock1 I tend to agree with you sadly. Jamie was definitely the most talented, as was John. Tara’s ideas were safe whereas some of the other contestants ideas were more out there (which is what you want from this sort of show, otherwise you can just browse the Next Homewares website pages…) Her leadership skills in the first group challenge were non-existent and both Jamie and John massively assisted her in the second. On Interior design masters the runners up have gone on to do great things so fingers crossed for the losers from this one.

I watched it but wasn't all that impressed with it tbh. But unfair there was only one judge I thought
