I’m loving this season so far . Sima Aunty is like the escape to the county of matchmaking , she shows them the joy of browsing and they never buy. But of course it’s never her fault.. they are too fussy , they liked them 60% why not marry? Or It wasn’t in their destiny. Brilliant . I might try that at work too,sorry this project didn’t complete , it just wasn’t it’s destiny.

Some interesting and endearing people in it though . The ER surgeon is impossible to please.

Totally agree that it's never Sima Auntie's fault and meeting 60% of their requirements is enough....even when they clearly don't like each other and there is no chemistry!

I think Aparna and Sima Auntie parted ways in Season 2!

I’m only part way through Season 3 but liking (in particular) Vin as a match for Priya, and hoping that works out.

Bobby was on The Weakest Link a couple of weeks ago. Not sure if these people are seriously looking for marriage, or more likely, getting their face on TV. Love it though.

The ER doctor annoyed me. Really fussy about how attractive the woman should be, but was balding and overweight (nothing wrong with that, I’m hardly slim myself, but I wouldn’t then judge other people for not being the model of physical perfection).

Then he was insisting on a Hindi speaker, but when the woman turned out to be Indian actually from India, rather than just by background, that was a big problem for him.

Watched it all, yes very clear why Bobby is single. And yes the Doctor was so so annoying! I found this though over the years with men, that they all talk about the perfect girl, labelling someone fat, or not very good looking but then they marry and well of course the ladies are lovely but they’re not what exactly they used to say they wanted. Sima Aunty is just asking people to give it a chance. I do think Vin and Priya will work out. I think Priya has been hurt and struggles to trust or receive love it seems.

I was very interested with the doctors attempt to get someone of the same caste. Sima Auntie looked repulsed by it. Yet it was how arranged marriage worked for a long time

I didn't like Priya. It's fine to feel like it was a bad date but bitching about someone's hight to the bartender was just off. The ER doctor doesn't come across well either. He stated he understood he wouldn't get a 10 but he's definitely after a 10. I feel the caste thing probably comes from his parents.

I thought this series was a bit meh. Is Bobby the dancing guy? Yeah he seems like he swings the other way. I didn't really like any of them. I wanted to see shekhar come back and find his perfect woman. He was too good for them all.

Bobby is the maths teacher. He only seemed to be on for one episode despite having a massive introduction

Jewish matchmaking is brilliant too. A really likeable matchmaker. Quite interesting seeing tel aviv and different criteria for choosing based on how orthodox they are etc
