What is this programme I saw the start of???

I caught the first part of a programme but had to turn it off as kids were up. Now I need to know what happens. Starts in a house with mum sitting with her son, there's a knock on the door and dad tells him to do whatever they say. Son then gets shot by masked men?? Think it was on BBC 1?

It might have been Blue Lights, set in Belfast. Very good but quite dark!

In fact, don't know why I said it might have been Blue Lights, because it definitely was, I only watched that episode yesterday.
