Launched in February, the crime comedy drama is set in the 1980s and follows a gang of petty criminals who end up out of their depth when they become embroiled in one of the biggest gold heists in history.

I like Emmer Kenny from her Father Brown/Bunty days and then she adapted Karen Pirie for TV didn't she. As I said on the original Gold thread, heard her interviewed and she says the cast take a part in writing The Curse.

Oh I don't think I've watched S1. Started 6-4 last night and was just sitting here thinking if I want to bother finishing it, as hadn't found anything else. Will try this instead I think!

I didn't see S1 and probably won't watch S2. BUT- I saw an advert for it on Ch4 and there was a tiny snatch of music which I'm desperate to identify, it's driving me mad. I watched for another showing of the ad, but they used a different song. The one I want to identify starts with an emphatic "THAT'S ..." I can't remember the next words but I want to say something like "where my heart la la now". "That's" is on a low note, then it goes up. I hear the tune in my head but I can't sing otherwise my best friend who has an encyclopedic knowledge of pop music would be able to help. One word's not a lot to go on! I know it's from the 80's so that would fit and it's a male vocalist. Does anyone know it?

With the emphatic THAT'S I can't think beyond KC and the Sunshine Band's That's the Way I Like It but the other lyric doesn't fit and it was mid 70s anyway, not 80s, but it's now an earworm 😂ah well, could be worse.
