Watching today's episode.
I just still don't understand how these people who have body insecurities can come on and get naked in front of loads of people and on the Tele when they don't feel confident.
(Not talking about the naked brigade who are confident)

God me neither.

Maybe its all just liberating and I'm old.

Or maybe its just folk desperate to get on telly and show off.

Either way, its shite.

I don’t get it either. The body-confident naked people were saying how we’re all so much more than our bodies, so why the need to parade naked then? And the woman they were trying to help today was paranoid about how she looked naked, yet she was in a happy relationship with a partner who clearly loves her body. I don’t see how coming on national tv and disrobing does anything to boost your confidence if you’re worried about how you look.

I do see how it helps to see the confident naked people to be honest. It's quite refreshing to see there are people out there who are confident with their body. But that is because they are confident.

But yes I just think like you say I can't get my head around the insecure people who come on and then get naked a few hours later as a way of rectifying that
