Funnily I was thinking at the start that the way Holger serves must be severe on his shoulder. He extends his arm so high.

I had a frozen shoulder- which took about 2 years to recover,and was ok by earlier this year. (I'm still on the waiting list for the steroid injection, though!)- but oddly it flared up a week or so ago- and I couldn't move my arm at all. Must have been a blip as it's ok now. Was very strange though.

I would also like tennis players 'magic painkillers' that seem to work in a matter of seconds.

I had that a few years ago Raahh the physio did dry needling which was brilliant. I think a lot of women seem to get frozen shoulder in peri menopause. My SIL had it too.

Whatever Aneke said seems to have helped

Jane it does seem very common. I had a very different issue with my other shoulder, about 10 years ago.

I think the crowd wants to get behind him because Botic is a bit boring let's face it
