I watched this weeks BD this morning and bloody hell, not what I was expecting! I don’t want to give anything away for those who haven’t watched yet but there’s a huge row, someone leaves, talk of ‘I’m never speaking to XXXX again, our friendship is over’ a bit of attention seeking (or maybe a lot) accusations of bullying and a ‘to be continued’ ending involving Capt Sandy and a crew member.
No charter took place during this episode!

I think they are both so toxic. I know one is worse than the other but neither of them are good for the team.

I couldn't work in an atmosphere like that with those two, they 're so toxic. They don't have conversations, they just scream at everyone it's dreadful.

Poor old Max, he's a peaceful guy, he's had enough.

I never got why they both came into it saying they were friends and so close after last season. Sure time had passed but the only reason you would be “one of my best friends” with someone after that kind of relationship is if you too are there for the drama and bitching.

I think Tumi tried to stay impartial and separate them. As much as she didn’t seem bothered Natalya was leaving I think she would have been similar with Kyle but Natalya was at her a lot. I think Tumi should have sorted it out more and disciplined Kyle. Maybe that was coming and she was waiting for the next day when he was sober. It’s also hard to know what you didn’t see due to the edit.

Kyle is toxic and is just plain nasty and bitchy, that said, he does apologise for his words later but he can’t control his anger and emotions, he’s so unpleasant to be around and doesn’t give the other person/s two minutes to finish what they’re saying.
Natalya is a shit stirrer who seems to me to enjoy stirring the pot and creating drama. I felt she was attention seeking when she was querying why no-one checked on her and poor Jessica, I felt for her when Natalya was accusing her of not caring enough. I feel Natalya had the hump as soon as Tumi came onboard as chief stew and she took that out on everyone, plus her boyfriend issues were clearly affecting her.

I’d be surprised if Sandy sacks Kyle though as they’re already a crew member down, I think he’ll get a strong warning and be on thin ice for the rest of the season.

Tumi also needs speaking to as this should have been nipped in the bud earlier.

Natalya didn't even tell Tumi she was leaving until Tumi went to check on her after the night out. She'd done her attention seeking by sending a text asking Lucas to get her suitcase for her but she hadn't told Tumi she was going to leave. Also, if I was in Tumi's shoes I don't think I would have wanted to deal with it until I was sober. They'd been drinking all day, it wasn't the time to deal with it, and by the time they'd all sobered up the next day Natalya was running off to Sandy.

I think it's quite telling that nobody seemed that bothered to see her go, usually there are big hugs etc. I think she was too much of a negative influence on everyone.

With her and Kyle and their screaming and drama, it must have been an awful environment to work in

I'm not a fan of Natalya or Kyle but how did Tumi let this get so out of hand? She's their boss, she should have read them the riot act but instead she got drawn in to the bitching and taking sides. Captain Sandy should be pissed at Tumi for not doing her job, shouldn't be down to the captain to short these squabbles out. If I were on there I'd want Natalya and Kyle to go and new stews in, it's the only way to sort it out.

Too much stew drama not enough boat action...hope it picks up soon!

Do you think Kyle gets sacked? He should be. But equally Sandy is somehow blinded by Nat. She doesn't see any of the difficult behaviour.
I've warmed to this series.
I did think shaving chefs back hair was very funny.....he should have waxed it though!!

Kyle will get a stern telling off but not get sacked, Sandy won't want to be back down to 2 in the interior.

The title of last week's episode was "ciao for now" which does rather suggest Natalya will be back .

Kyle is a right diva but Natalya was a horrible stirrer, really manipulative at times with Jess.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if Kyle ends up leaving or being fired & Natalya ends up back on board

Natalya now has a pay per view playboy page so I don’t know if she will be back on board in future.

Those guests at the moment are horrendous mind you, they’ve all been quite boring and tame so far this season. I think it’s losing popularity I much preferred Down Under. How come there’s never any British guests on it? I suppose we are broke 😀

Cheffy is definitely about the only sane person on there, let's hope he stays that way and doesn't get turned crazy by the surrounding crazy...

So Natalya gave up texting Luka and went off to set up her PB account eh....wonder what pays best, that or yachting!

I don’t like how cheffy is so taken in with Natalya though.

I would say Kyle is someone who is openly causing drama but Natalya does it behind closed doors. Both toxic dicks.
