Sorry, this is going to be one of those vague memory things, but I'm hoping someone watched it and has a better memory than me!
So far all I can remember was there was a black guy who was a big drug dealer/gangster who has his cousin (or some male relative) bricked up in a wall, well technically plasterboarded into a wall. There was a police woman/FBI agent who was undercover and smoked weed with the drug dealer, trying to get close to him to work out if he was the bad guy they were after. I think he found out she was police but didn't kill her.
That's all I remember at the moment but if I remember more I will update. If anyone can figure out the show or film from that terrible memory, I will be forever grateful 🙏
