The Feed - virgin media HD - sci-fi psychological thriller

Came across this by accident (had no ideal there was a special HD channel on VM)

Via an implant into nearly everyone's brain, The Feed enables people to share information, emotions, and memories – instantly. Reality can be augmented in real-time; you can watch a video in the corner of your eye while you're chopping vegetables, or record a clip and re-live it over and over directly within your brain.

As you can imagine things go wrong. Is it the technology or is there as evil plot?

This isn't a new show and VM must be reshowing it. I think it was shown on Amazon Prime at some time.

I liked it, it ran out of steam a bit but the first few episodes were good with an interesting concept

I haven't watached it all, I think I may have seen the first two episodes before, probably when first released . Maybe I didn't finish it because it ran out of stream.

Some of the characters are quite irritating, but I think in real life some people are.

Well I have watched them all, and yes the concept was good.

What is it that now whether its Sci Fi or a mystery, there has to be some cliched horror about someone going a bit mad with an axe.

It would have been really easy to make the puzzle of what was happening interesting in terms of how it impacted on different people, as well as solving how it happened.

Is everything written to appeal to not very mature schoolboys who just want blood and gore and not much thinking.

Should have chosen the Rook, which looks like it might have been better, but maybe a bit similar to watch in the near future.
