So sad about this but understandable that they want to end on a high.

My initial reaction was Nooo..

But I'm kind of glad they quitting while ahead.

Would still love a UK/US Cross over with either couple visiting the others hotel.

Very sad, but I agree going out on a high is preferable. I hope we at least find out The Captain's name... 🧐

I saw in the Fb group I'm in we are all sad 😔 saying that It's maybe better they go out on a high that have it limp on. Will miss it though just a joy of a programme 😀

Kiell was very good, he did a better job than Charlotte Ritchie (Alison) who was like a rabbit in headlights bless her!

Lolly Adefope (Kitty) did TM a few series’ ago and was very good. I’d like to see some of the others do it!

But tbf, I wouldn't want then to ruin it by dragging it out and they can't really introduce new characters.

Sad about this as I have got very fond of all the characters but I think its wise not to drag it on. Will miss it though. Can see I will be rewatching all the old episodes ad infinitum. Wonder what they will do next. Have a bit of a crush on the Captain.

@WarriorsComeOutToPlayay how quiet would Button House be for Alison if they all got sucked off. She would miss them all wouldn't she.

I'd like it if they could come back for Christmas specials. Ghosts is one of the best things on TV

One of the problems would be the not aging.

I'm really sad about it. I thought it had a long way to run.
They could have had another ghost or two - a dead guest from the B and B or someone discovered on the estate in an old outbuilding or an attic. Or one could have died in a car crash in a car Mike & Allison then bought and be brought along with that

We still don't know:
How Kitty died
How the Captain died
What the Captain's name is
Who has the 3rd nipple and whereabouts on their body it is

So much to find out.

I hope thry are not all 'sucked off' - then they wouldn't be together.

I must have watched every episode of every series at least 5 times and only yesterday realised Alison was Barbara in 'Call the Midwife'.
