I had to convince ds1 that it was on next Monday as we're still in school this week.

bugger. stuck on a call and DS would love to watch it / have it recorded...

When is it repeated, does anyone know?

Not sure when it's repeated but I'd say they'll repeat it a fair bit over the next few weeks.

so it is really the real film, the one that opened at the cinema a few days ago??

why is it on telly so soon?

Ds has been asking about when its coming on since yesterday morning! dh kept saying 'no 8 more hours' etc!!!!
He's watching now! Its being recorded too.

Washed, dressed, teeth brushed, room tided.
Lights off curtains closed AND recorder going.

Why cant they be this organised on a school day

Yep is real film, it was made for tv. I think the cinema opening was just one showing.

Thanks - will check whether pressing record at 10:05 actually caught it all and record it again if not.

Fortunately I am an evil mother and have locked Cartoon Network so my Ben10-obsessed DS had not seen endless trailers, and I can produce the recorded version at some later stage and collect "nice Mummy" points in the process

thanks - DS will be thrilled to watch that at 5pm - hw will be done in record time!!

We have just watched it. It ws ok but the kids were not overly impressed. Ds was upset that not all of the aliens are in it, infact only a few are.

I'm glad I didn't have to pay to watch it at the cinema.

ds wasnt too impressed either but hes watching it again oh well means i still cant hoover!
