Paris Police 1905

Anyone watching this? I saw the first series, and thought it was pretty good. Dipping in now.

I'm pretty sure I watched a bit of S1 but not all of it - didn't need to have seen it for this, except I did keep being surprised at how they were all linked with each other, and I remembered the 'Pompes Funebres' nickname of Mme Steinheil!

I was waiting for the poor cottager that Jouin blackmailed into making enquiries in the BdeB to turn up dead, but I guess he's just there to show how things were in 1905.

Also, poor horse. Poor baby. Poor baby's mother. Poor Steinheil daughter. Poor more or less everyone! It is quite grim but will watch again.

Is it in French with subtitles?

Is this a repeat or a new series? I thought S1 was great.

Anybody else watch the whole thing? We loved it. Apparently there's a good chance of a third series.
